This collaborative performance explores the captivating interplay of live music and visual artwork, with elements of improvisation, creating a dynamic and fresh encounter between the artist, musicians, and the audience. Every audience member in this multi -sensory experience will be immersed in a one-of-a-kind setting that transcends conventional artistic boundaries.

Program will include songs of Schubert, Obradors, Bachelet, a world-premiere by Mann-Wen Lo and more.

Art created on stage will be auctioned after the show.

Intersection: Music and Painting

Amy Shoremount-Obra

Interannually renowned soprano Amy Shoremount-Obra will lead a collaborative recital with pianist Bradley Moore, violinist Eric Silberger, and violinist Mann-Wen Lo. The program will include a new composition commission combining visual art and music, featuring internationally exhibited artist, Serena Bocchino, who will create a painting, during a live performance of a semi-improvisatory composition by Mann-Wen Lo. The one –hour program will feature songs in multiple languages and styles such as works by Obradors, Rachmaninoff and Wagner, among others. The collaboration between world class musicians and a visual artist will bring a unique synchronized multi-sensory experience of music and visual art.
